Every service, on its own

Instant Websearch

A ready-made, searchable website for your collection. Easy to set up: facets, map view, fields, language and house style are configured centrally. Hosting included.

Source harvesting

Scheduled pickup of records from the system you already use, so changes come through without sending new exports.

Open publication

Your collection published as linked open data, ready for others to find and reuse. It can be registered with the Dataset Register of the Dutch Digital Heritage Network (NDE), in line with the DERA guidelines.

Source data check

Checks on structure, character encoding and field completeness, reported before anything reaches production.

Conversion to open standard formats

Your source data translated into an internationally used, reusable format: linked open data.

Authority linking

Names, places and terms linked to recognised sources such as RKD and Wikidata, instead of loose text.

High-resolution images (IIIF)

Zoom into detail, and exchange images with other museums, platforms and viewers through IIIF, the international standard for sharing heritage images.

Hosting

The technical foundation underneath. Included with the Instant Websearch, available on its own behind Arches or Omeka-S.

Arches setup

Installation and configuration of Arches, the open-source platform for cultural-heritage data management, modelled to your collection from day one.

Omeka-S setup

Installation, hosting, and configuration of Omeka-S, the open-source collection platform — the same full-service approach as our Arches setup. Already running Omeka-S? We can connect to your existing site instead and deliver data and enrichment behind the scenes.

WordPress connection

A plugin fetches your collection and shows it inside your existing WordPress pages, next to the theme and plugins you already run.
